1The pitch
Your team of small robots is sent to collect valuables from creepy locations and bring them to an extraction point. Objects are physical: you have to grab, lift and carry them, and every bump lowers their value.
2Playing together
Heavy objects need several robots, which leads to slapstick teamwork through narrow doors while monsters roam. Proximity voice chat adds to the chaos, and your robot's head even moves when you talk.
3Who carries who
Literally anyone can carry. Experienced players handle monsters; newcomers can still help lift. Six players make it a true party game.
4Look & sound
Cute, slightly creepy visuals and funny physics. Monsters are scary, but the tone is mostly comedic.
5Setup & value
Online only, up to six players, Early Access and under $10. Rated Playable on Steam Deck. English only.

The verdict
Verdict
“R.E.P.O. is the best big-group game on our list: six robots, one fragile vase and a lot of shouting. Cheap and very funny.”
